Bailey has been sticking up his hand, but I don't see why they wouldn't give it to Rogers. I mean if Katich can open and Hussey can bat at 4, then I'm sure Rogers could handle batting out of position slightly.

That would be ridiculous. They'd be replacing a bowler who looked really good in the final innings, and dismissed Ponting with some disciplined bowling. Instead of a pretty useless bowler whose only wicket came with a bad ball and a brilliant Bravo grab? I can't see Garner standing for that.

In cricket, the manager's role is supposed to be one of booking hotels, logistics, etc. If Garner is taking the lead on selection issues, what is Little Willie's role in the team?
