If this situation doesnt improve soon then I'll be on the look out for specialist batsman to convert into a WK/Bat with a small decrease in their batting ability.

Hmm, at the end of last season I was scheduled to change from Batting all rounder to all out bat, guessing thats still in the files (IIRC did ply my trade in Sri Lanka as a batsman, not sure)

I'd be more than happy to do that for Black. Although I can't remember what my fielding skill was when I signed up so if anyone better offers they can do it.
