Karl isn't that bad tbh. He has a heap of redeeming qualities and you don't win as many games as he has without being decent. He's an excellent man-manager and if you can't improve your individual game working under him you're a complete tard.i have no idea why/how george karl and lawrence frank are staying in their jobs...
karl is better than frank, wasn't really comparing them that way, just that they are 2 coaches who should have been fired a long time ago...and as for denver's last season's run, i feel they did it in spite of karl...for me, the biggest reasons for the good showing were: 1. iverson leaving and billups coming in 2. 'melo's continued development as a player especially after the olympic win 3. the return to good health and form of nene 4. role players like anderson and smith displaying their wares more often....in that order....and if you can't get a contender over the final hurdle, that shows just how good(not) you are, right?Karl isn't that bad tbh. My issue with him is he gets completely found out under high pressure situations. He did okay for 4 games against the Lakers last year (disregarding his security blanket panics of putting Carter in) but once Jackson found him out he coudln't respond. Story of his career, pressure games and situations freeze him. A very good coach but if you have a championship calibre team he'll never get you over the line.
