What currency do you think you need for Ball? And who's going to cough up for Fraser? If you've brought Jolly in because he's an upgrade on Fraser then what's Fraser worth, second rounder?

Everitt to St Kilda.
St Kilda want a player apparently, and asked about Goldsack but were knocked back. There's been rumblings about Everitt wanting to leave.
Would have thought St Kilda would want a bit more for Ball but apparently this might get the deal done (there's talk of the same deal but with pick 30 not pick 24, but i don't think WB would be happy with that)

Reckon Port, Hawthorn, and the Doggies would all be sensible to look at Fraser. For the Doggies, can see a three way with St Kilda. Ball to us. Fraser to WB, Everitt to St Kilda. Josh would do alright for them as a second tall option up forward, going into the ruck a bit each quarter to give Hudson a cut out. With Hall AND Fraser, WB suddenly has a plenty tall forward line, with their smalls still intact as well.
Other option is simply our 2nd round pick for Ball. He's uncontracted, said he wants to come to Collingwood, been injured, and is essentially a player on the fringe of the 22 for the Saints

Xavier Clarke to the Lions for Pick 60. Interesting list of ins for us really, with Raines the only player we've taken who'll be under 25 next season. Will be interesting to see if J Macdonald is traded now as the rumous suggested earlier in the week, especially given 2/3 of the players Voss has drafted can play in his position.

Rumour is Mcdonald for 53, only sticking point is we've offered him a 2 year deal and he wants three. Not sure why though, doesn't really fit with the direction we are going

In other news, can't believe Port managed to screw the other teams out of TWO first round selections for Burgoyne. He's a good player and definitely worth a top 10 pick, but TWO first rounders for a nearly 28 year old guy whose had a few injuries and a history of not playing if at all sore?
Really hoping the Ball deal gets sorted. I'd be a bit disappointed if it was accurate that we refused to trade Tyson Goldsack for him - I'd do that in a heartbeat, given we have Brown and Reid currently not getting a game in the 22.
