If you're training Hendrik and Ocarroll I'd stop now. While they could end up being quite gun if you keep training them, there'd be a gulf in skill between them and the rest of your squad which wouldn't really translate into success quite that well. They're easily your best players and will be for quite a few seasons to come.

These are fairly solid players. They're not going to become amazing players, but if you persist with a few nets they'll reach respectable/proficient in a season or two, and then be better than most of your current squad. They'll become your core players and you can decide if you want to train them any further when they're 19 (at the end of that season, before they turn 20), while stopping the other one or two and getting new trainees.
You could even train them up a bit and sell them to buy older, similar players who you don't have to train thus freeing up nets and a bit of cash.
A 25 year old respectable bat will do the same as a 17 year old one, but won't take up any nets. IMO any young player who is potentially trainable should be trained or sold on to someone else who will, and replaced with an older equivalent.
Would put Daly and Aulak on two bowling nets each (and later, a season or more, swapping one of those nets to a fielding net for them to keep their primary and secondary skills even) and Stols on two batting (and then fielding later on, like the others).
