He's not exactly what you'd call match fit with the ball. He's only bowled about 20 overs in the last six months.
No, fair point. Sorta raises the "why pick him?" question tho.

Anyway, swing for him first up, if of the "starting wide and getting wider" variety.

I am cringing here with each movement that Watson makes. Almost like watching a 70-yr-old doing hip hop.

Lovely shot that is from Fred.

BARNES OUT
He looks stiff as.

Will be funny though, he's swinging the ball, and everyone will criticise him for not bowling quick enough. Can't do anything right, obviously.

That is good captaincy by Rickety. He has assessed the strengths of Prior and has put in deep point already for him. This has limited priority's stroke play.

Interesting that Athers is talking about Broad trying to figure out what sort of bowler he is, reckon Watto needs to do the same. He can be quick and lose his swing or throttle back a bit and swing it. Looks more likely to take wickets when he pares back the speed, tbh.

Amazing that you can bottle up most 'keepers by posting people square on either side of the wicket. Weird.

Well if you look at Prior's technique he's basically set up to try and play anything fullish through point and cover, so ideally you just need to bowl a nice tight line to him and wait for the nick, Glenn would have had him 9 times out of 10.

Ricket's plans almost worked to fruitiion there. prior fetched one from outside off and skied it.

Pretty sure Sir Donald would score runs against our attack 9/10 too, but tempus fugit and all that.
