indeed it was. Still worryingly little swing.Nice on-drive from Strauss.

Yeah have to say bit concerned now, I find it hard to believe if its swinging conditions that hilfenhaus can't swing it.indeed it was. Still worryingly little swing.
He really doesn't swing it that far anyway, though. Not in the same way as Anderson, anyway.Yeah have to say bit concerned now, I find it hard to believe if its swinging conditions that hilfenhaus can't swing it.
Carberry/Fats Patel/Joe Denly (Cook could move to 3)/Moore/Trott
Couldn't care less if we Our top-middle order is drenched in South African blood tbh
Exactly my thoughts. Particularly with the way the ball was moving for the Poms. Unless the ball got wet yesterday and it effected the shape/size of the ball making it conducive to swing today then there really is no reason why the poms could swing it more.Yeah have to say bit concerned now, I find it hard to believe if its swinging conditions that hilfenhaus can't swing it.
Well Hilf reliably swings it far more than this in FC/ODI games and even in both tests so far.He really doesn't swing it that far anyway, though. Not in the same way as Anderson, anyway.
Played some awesome cover drives on debut. Didn't look nearly as good even then as he does now straight down the ground though tbf.Strauss driving around like a mad-man at the moment, never seen him bat like this ever perhaps.
Dispute that. Have never seen him really hoop it late at pace. Seen plenty of him at state level too. More, yes, but not much more.Well Hilf reliably swings it far more than this in FC/ODI games and even in both tests so far.
err. The reason would be because Anderson and Onions are infinitely better swing bowlers.Exactly my thoughts. Particularly with the way the ball was moving for the Poms.
