Swann given 1 over then taken off for Panesar, should hope he comes back on at the other end. Jimmy can have a rest

Cricinfo is terrible these days, how often do they get bowlers wrong and have to change it back, or have people bowling part overs so that everyone thinks they are injured.

Good to see Hauritz playing himself into contention.
No Shane Warne, it's fair to say. Looking to keep it tight, but struggling even in that modest ambition.

Atherton trotted out a Chappelli line I hadn't heard before "Containers are for shipping".

Yeha it drives me up the wall, this. Bill Lawry and Tony Greig are absolutely horrible at it. They obviously don't even watch any state cricket. I remember Tony Greig raving about Ferguson when he first saw him, kid's been playing for SA for half a decade ****!
It's the fact they get paid for it that really annoys me. So lazy and unprofessional.

Excellent dramatised documentary on the Somme on History Channel atm. Something for the lunch break viewing.

Suggestion of some turn there for Horrie, but it's so slow.

**** I hate Bob Willis. They said earlier for Aussies to send emails to Sky in the UK, so I sent one asking for him to either put some inflection in his voice, or be sacked. He's ****ing terrible. Makes me want to eat my own vomit.

Hi social, how's the weather back in 2006?
About the same as it was at Lords this year, in the WI, in India and in virtually every test against SA last year

Jimmy has improved but he's in danger of becoming the most overrated cricketer on CW as it's more often than not a case of style over substance

I wonder has Hauritz ever tried bowling leg-spin? Might be worth a go.

Lee and Clark's figures are impressive so far.

Terrible commentary today, really boring me.

Pretty solid work from Moore and Denly tbf. Pitch isn't doing much, bowlers are bowling well... but nothing going through.
