That he's been chosen to shield Wayne Campbell. That not even Rawlings own Mum would expect him at the moment to keep the job next year. But that he seems a decent coach from the little they've seen of him, and he has opportunity to make a rep for himself, and should Richmond somehow win more than they lose in the 2nd half of the year, he could potentially pull a Paul Roos.

Yeah. Definitely should have been a free kick at the time, but I don't think it was malicious.
He's been let off on appeal anyway.

Opinions on Buckley as possible North coach next year? Certainly seems like a good fit for North, have a young list but need a lot of development through the middle, would raise our off the field profile and probably add a few members as well. Apparently Buckley wants to stay in Melbourne, he could go to Richmond but the expectations there would be astronomical, at North he could settle in without much pressure for a season or two.

Kane Johnson just retired. Sad to see his career end in such a **** way, but his knees just weren't letting him get back on the park.
He was never the player at Richmond that he was at Adelaide (our guernsey seems to instinctively make people craper than they are if they put it on after coming from another club (like Johnson) or make them injury prone/unlucky (Cousins, Nathan Brown)).
