But did anyone actually listen when Lyon was reported as being the most passionate player at the City vs Country training camp?

Thing is Lyon doesn't want a bar of any rep sport. I reckon Inglis would have gotten over having to play for NSW if it was forced upon him. People play against their childhood teams all the time without dropping their performance.

Besides we would have wasted Inglis at 5/8 anyway.

I think you underestimate the passion that QLD players have. I think Inglis would rather not play Origin at all than play for NSW.

Never mind Greg Inglis, I always thought Mat Rogers playing for Queensland was a tad dodgy. Mind you he went to a rich ***** school on the Gold Coast - TSS (The Southport School, could not sound any more gay if it tried) so it probably changed things somewhere.

Rogers always came across to me as a passionate QLDer. Apparently his mum was a QLDer. At least in his case he played his first senior football in QLD. However, given his father was a NSW great you would think he'd have supported NSw growing up.

No-one here's ever said that Lyon shouldn't play.
Inglis would be a non-issue if he wasn't a ****ing freak at Rugby League.

****ing useless Penrith. Dragons aren't a 40 point team but we've gifted them a cricket score. We dead set threw this one away. Weak, insipid, pathetic performance.

I still think NSW can win Game One. Queensland in 2001 had 10 new players after being done 56-16 in Sydney in Game Three in 2000 and won 34-12 and then the series.

Not impossible.

Can't see the Raiders winning many matches without Campese.

Watch this space for them to play better without Campese like they did without Carney. Also Tigers will give those three a run. They are dire as **** every 2nd week.

LOL Tigers have been playing great footy, got done by 2 points by the dogs and Broncos, and 1 by soufs, Do you seriously watch rugby league???
