As comprehensive a 2-0 as you could wish to see.

United seemed to lose all heart once they went behind slightly against the run of play.

BUMBACLATHHHHH!!!! Congrats 2 the Catalans...

United damn yo, these cats after going 1-0 down, just froZe. Where was that free-flowing passing movement comibed with defensive steel that shut Barca down last season so well??

Carrick had a horrible game..

United better make sure they keep Tevez no BS on that. Im liking this rivalry between United & Barca, good for football - bring on 2009/10 CL...

Total choke from United, never seen a Ferguson team lose like it in a match of such stature. Disappointing final as a spectacle for mine.
Couldn't agree more - in an Ashes Summer I have better things to do with my occasional, tough to negotiate, periods of control of the TV than watch that sort of display :@

Youngest since Champions League started as well. :)
Yup. Cruijff in 92 (last European Cup) was younger though.

Not a fan of restarting stats when a competition is rebranded, though (kicker didn't bother to go further back than 95), so I'll note that Fagan (84), Barton (82) and Muñoz (60) all managed it in their first season.

Do you still not rate Messi that highly after seeing that 70th minute goal?
I actually didn't think Messi was that good, he had his moments and was far better than most United players but he was outshone by most of his team mates, save the goal.

**** me Iniesta was good.

We were ****e.

Barca deserved it.

Got exposed and shown up by a guy playing on one leg.

First 8 minutes were good but after that it was just a training ground kick around. Nice to watch but it was so easy.

Iniesta always outshines Messi if you view from a true football fan's point of view. He is so smooth and brilliant to watch in the midfield.
