Yeah well I really should of added more to my post, but I did watch him in New Zealand and he looked pretty bad. To me it looks like he is struggling to survive out there most days, the odd six is really the only thing he has it seems. But his poor batting average just backs that up.

Shame Prior wasn't out of the ODI series. I thought his injury was 'serious'.

He has batted here, there and everywhere in the top order and still can't buy a run.

Yep, he plays the on drive as well as anyone I've seen barring maybe Tendulkar.

34 is not exactly flop in ODI cricket, is it? Plus he explicitly stated 20-20 is his preferred format
