Fair point by Lehman there, because the way the ball moves in the air, very hard to commit to a save untill the last 10 yards. Having said that, each time i watch it Almunia reminds me or the 5 a side player having his turn in net and diving blindly at a corner where the ball should go, without actually watching the exact path of the ball.

I get fed up watching Arsenal unable to defend for toffee nowadays. Is it really beyond Wenger to find a defence & keeper worthy of the name? Different situation, no deficit from first leg (after Giggs' beauty late in the 1st leg, almost hit the roof) and United would've overturned any away goals by coming back. Arsenal have got to put four away to win this now I believe?

I'd be sick in the changing rooms if that was me, that's a phenomenal challenge and he's been robbed of a chance in the final. And no overturns either unless a case of mistaken identity, hopefully the ref will have the balls to admit it was a howler.

That's what people don't understand.....
It's one thing being beaten 3-0 by anyone, another by one of your own rivals. But it's quite another when in the Semi-Final of the CL when prior kick off your in with a shout; but only if all XI players stand up and are counted.....to witness this.
Defeat and disappointment are one thing but this is much much more painful.
