BARNES OUT
If Jo wants to stay with Everton so badly he better stop scoring goals, cause he'll be coming straight back to Eastlands if he keeps banging them in.

Well, we'll take that, undeserved, though i did miss the period between the two villa goals as I fell asleep.

Macheda looked like he could be what we need, namely a striker who will come deep to get the ball, but once he's laid it off all he thinks about is getting in a position in the box. Berbatov, Tevez and Rooney, one of you take note. Still a fair few years off being ready like, but nice to see he thinks like a striker

Hmm, i tend to think results like this are well deserved. We played really badly- possibly the worst we've been all season- but still put away just about every half-chance we had. You've got to respect that kind of efficiency.

If they were dirty, deflected, controversial goals, I'd agree.

Amazed United have a talent that looks above reserve standard. Watch this space for him to get loaned as soon as he gets close to first team standard and then get sold for half his value.

Relying on Aresnal/City to take points of Utd now, which I'd imagine will be a little more difficult if they've got some confidence back.

I have to say I'm sort of hoping Liverpool win the EPL. It is going to be hard though as United have a game in hand (they always seem to), but I have no ties to either club and I see Liverpool as the underdog to United, so I have to go for the underdog.

MU fans will disagree though :p

:-O

But if Liverpool win the title, lots of people with scouse accents will cheer at once. And noone wants that.

Sure there's a "better that than Surrey/Irish/Danish/Japanese accent (delete according to prejudice) cheering if ManUre win" reply there somewhere.

I can deal with that though, none of those accents even compare to the scouse one for apocalyptic awfulness. Only the Belfast one comes close.
