Nice reward for some good flight there for Colvin, England probably slightly on top now
Slightly? I'd say definitely. England have been the best team in the world for a while now and cruised through this tournament to the final. Will take a real special effort from NZ to claw back from here.

Also, at the male commentator introducing the new bowler as 'the lovely Laura Marsh'.

It's a shame there hasn't been an English commentator, it's a bit biased, you'd think NZ were winning!

Good to hear Wasim Akram back now, he's been really good.

Yeah, just a natural pessimism watching an England side i guess

I think NZ have gone a bit too hard, no-one seems to have tried to consolidate and turn the strike round with the spinners. Just all big shots.

So it's not just the men that choke in world cups. Since there wasn't a semi-final I guess it had to happen now.

Lol at cricinfo

Brunt to Tsukigawa, OUT, the bowling change works, bowled on a good length outside off, got enough movement away from the batsman, Sukigawa chased it though it was neither short nor too wide to cut, got a thick edge and Sarah Taylor, who's been kept busty today, takes another sitter

Definite edge to the keeper there, but you wouldn't know it by the biased commentators.

Hmm, on replay maybe not.

Why do they keep complaining we don't have another seamer and we've 'had to bowl our spinners'. Don't they know how good our spinners have been this WC?

Why are they banging on about Edwards bringing herself on? According to her cricinfo page, she has played 123 ODIs and only bowled in 37 of them. At least bother to do some research if you are going to commentate on the matches. Plus she bowls leg breaks when they have been calling for another seamer!
