Huh?Guess this dismal performance by English gets reflected in tomorrows ODI.

Haven't heard any of this. What's been said?Bish telling Beefy in the nicest way possible that he is talking complete bollocks.
Word out..I am giving them credit. I am not an England supporter. And it is not simply down to the brilliant bowling in this innings, the entire English performance has been dismal and the team itself has been dismal for a considerable time. This should be a wake-up call for English cricket.
Me to. Daren Powell is no fun.Word out..
A similar come from wayyyyyyy behind performance already duplicated by Flintoff which he finds himself in again. What about it?
Again what?A similar come from wayyyyyyy behind performance already duplicated by Flintoff which he finds himself in again.
Anyone?Haven't heard any of this. What's been said?
Yes England collapsed in the second innings via Lee's spell & Flintoff batting brought them back into the game & allowed them to set up that victory target. Without his batting effort his later bowling heroics, wouldn't have made much a difference.
I see where you're coming from but it is very much a different situation. In 2005, England already had a lead of nearly 200 when we were 7 wickets down. In 1981, we were still loads behind, and pretty much already lost the game. Flintoff will need to put on a damn site more than 80 (as he did in 05) if England are to set a target in this game.Yes England collapsed in the second innings via Lee's spell & Flintoff batting brought them back into the game & allowed them to set up that victory target. Agreed. And the bowling, which allowed WI to get close to 400 on the same pitch.Actually, the clean out that this may bring is probably the best thing for England come the Ashes. This horrible batting line up has been given a free ride for about 3 years now and something like this is necessary to bring to light what's been largely ignored.
