What about giving Peter McGlashan a chance some time down the order. He played pretty well in State Shield this season, and has the ability to hit it a long way.

Yep, gun team. My only change though would be Grant Elliott at 5, Oram at 6, and Broom at 7. Elliott said himself last night on a radio interview that he is not a six-hitter. So it makes no sense for him to be coming in during the death overs. He is a strike-rotater.

Of course, that order would change depending on the game situation. If NZ lose their 3rd wicket at 220 in the 35th over, I'd be sending Oram in.


Fulton has three more games though to throw a spanner in the works. Wish he would get more singles, though.

If there is any sporting team that can come back it's Australia. They've come back at us before and hurt us.
