Yeah, has been noted many times on here that it's not on ut00b. Seriously was though, Gayle couldn't believe it.Can't find it on YouTube
Who to keep? AB de Villiers?Boucher out for the remainder of the tour with a cracked toe.
Any chance of a description of what happened?Yeah, has been noted many times on here that it's not on ut00b. Seriously was though, Gayle couldn't believe it.
Yeah should be. VB van Jaarsveld can keep but he sprained his ankle in training and might not even be able to play anyhow.Who to keep? AB de Villiers?
Dropping Herschelle Gibbs and costing his team the match? This would be Bracken's defining moment in ODI cricket IMO:
Cricinfo - 5th ODI: South Africa v Australia at Johannesburg, Mar 12, 2006
All very interesting. Kallis was bowling bloody well in the tests, but has taken some stick in the one-dayers. So effectively, Morne Morkel comes in for Boucher? Slight weakening of the batting line up, possible improvement in the bowling attack?Yeah should be. Jacques Kallis has an ab strain so he is likely to play as a batsman only.
Morne Morkel is likely to come in as a third seamer.
Going back to Bouch seems like his injury is not that so good and there is some doubt about making the 1st test. If that is the case at least the Prince Duminy debate will have ended before it even started and South Africa's batting improves tenfold.
South Africa need a third seamer and Adelaide is a flat track so it isn't a huge concern but you kinda hope Kallis can send down at least five for you don't want too many from Albie and you can't expect JP to send down 10 overs an innings or Ntini to bowl without getting smashed. All very interesting. And you reckon AB will keep in the test series? Prince and Duminy at 5/6 and AB at 7? That's a pretty ****ing big batting line up. ****.
As would I. He's got a very good record and has been dominating for a while now.Btw I'd have Bracken in the top 10 Odi bowlers of all time without too much hesitation.
Watched his comeback in domestic T20. Was shocking. Needs to get rhythm back. This Australian team should not win with such a horrible bowling line up.
Time for McGain.
Shocking? In which game? I didn't see his first game back but he's been pretty good in the last two, given the format and everything.Watched his comeback in domestic T20. Was shocking. Needs to get rhythm back.
The one against NSW.Shocking? In which game? I didn't see his first game back but he's been pretty good in the last two, given the format and everything.
Not that I think he should be picked for the ODI team mind you, but I think he's bowled fine.
Bowled excellently IMO. Lefties took him apart but that's to be expected when they're hitting the (very) short boundary with the spin in a T20.The one against NSW.
Was his third game back I think.Obviously his first three overs back aren't good for judging him
