The speed limit there is 60, but all of the 4 tires appear to be ok (there is a separate picture floating about on the net which shows the wheel that came off and the tyre looks okay on that)
Ah fair enough. If he's suddenly veered left though, my first thought would still be that somethings gone wrong with the car (apart from the Knob behind the wheel :p)

GIMH

Norwood's on Fire
Gutted though I am Chrissy G is out injured, it does mean he won't leave in the window, which can't be bad. Every cloud, and all that

Craig

World Traveller
Would Craig bellamy be the player Man City need? Seems like an overpaid **** to me. If he joined and I were a Man City player I would not invite him to a round of golf

The Sean

Cricketer Of The Year
Ritchie De Laet. Anyone here ever seen him play?
Interesting signing that one.
Definitely - he's 20/21 I think and not a first-teamer at Stoke, having been loaned out to Wrexham previously. You'd think if he was that good he'd at least be playing first-team Premiership football by now but then I've really not seen him to judge. It's not as though we're wildly short on quality central defenders as well. The "pay-as-you-play" deal is interesting too - a club like United doesn't usually go in for that kind of deal. A lot of things about the signing not making a lot of sense to me.

Yeah, apparently Hughes has cooled interest on he and Parker due to West Ham wanting 25+m for the duo ( yeah that'll happen). Bellamy's ****ing ****, if Hughes wasn't Welsh he'd be able to see this.

Barney Rubble

International Coach
Makes me laugh that since Fergie declared the other day that United wouldn't be making any signings during the transfer window, their transfer activity has suddenly kicked off. Three signings and counting since the declaration that their activity had stopped.

The Sean

Cricketer Of The Year
To be fair, the two Serbians had been coming for a while - just couldn't finalise it until the window opened, so he was probably already counting them as a done deal. After that he said there'd be no more business.

Tom Halsey

International Coach
De Laet is strange, but he can play anywhere across the back four and potentially in midfield as well, so he's possibly a utility signing - or maybe there's more in Ferdinand's back issue than is being let on.

Barney, is right (I think). I remember reading an article on BBC Sport some weeks ago where Fergie said the club would not be active during the transfer window.

AFAIK the Tosic signing (and I think Ljajic too) was actually fully confirmed a fair while before the window (November possibly?) but obviously it couldn't go through until the window, so as The Sean said he probably wasn't including them. EDIT: Yes, deal done 22 November, work permit (in Tosic's case) granted 28 November.

As I said, De Laet may well have been a somewhat spur of the moment signing due to his nature, though for all I know he may go on to be a world beater as I haven't seen him play.

Nah top player and top bloke for mine. He just can't stay on the field and has a problem with drink.
Incidentally, Bellamy does a strange amount of charity in Africa, apparently has some foundation going in Sierra Leone and despite his façade and chav tattoos he is one of the more articulate Premiership footballers around.

Cool. I just remember reading the article and then days later seeing Man U announce the signings of the two Serbs.
