Ugh, hate the 'pool Grey kit, looks even worse with the red shorts. Decent strikes from RVP & Keane though.

FFS, wasted opportunity. Seemed content to just play it out and be content with a draw. Will never properly challenge for the title with that style of play afaic.

Point at Arsenal not to be sniffed at in all reality. Two very good goals, decent watch
Indeed it isn't, but they had a 1 man advantage, and Arsenal were also without their main man in the midfield. Liverpool could have at least tried something different for a period longer than the 3 minutes in injury time.

Back to football & why the heck is Diarra off to Madrid??. He is a good player with big potential yea, but damnn Real have like 3 ball-winners already in De La Red, Gago & M Diarra.

Can't see how he is better than them & why Ramos & Real heirachy would want him (even though they want cover for M Diarra) he isn't Real Madrid pedigree ATM. He could be about to waste his time like he did at Arsenal i fear unless he really stars.

Yeah, fair enough, must admit though, Arsenal seemed to play better when they went down to ten men

It's now been 16 days since any of the fabled big four won in the Prem. ITSTL.

There's two ways this can go for Liverpool, their luck runs out and they draw or lose when United/Chelsea finally take advantage of it, OR they stick around on top until Torres is back and then let loose. I'm not sure. The Liverpool fans are surprisingly coy about the whole thing, which is unusual. Normally they think it will definitely by their year, this year they aren't so sure, makes me think that it might be.

7 points behind with two games in hand. Man Utd usually strong in the second half of the season and we looked good in the Club World Cup. Title's staying where it is thank you.

Except that in the league you've not looked at all penetrative

Agree that the second half of the season is your strongest part, but Liverpool have managed to stay top without their star man, and Chelsea have been without Essien. Liverpool have been lucky to stay top in many ways, but will also get stronger when Torres returns.

In all honesty, I think it's a three-horse race (sorry Brumby, sledger (RIP)) and it could well be one of the best title races we've had in recent times.
