Not Terrible
Papps > Worker in terms of the hardwork.Look at all those good starts for Worker without going on! I think that's actually a positive, he's doing all the hard work.

Yeah, and Papps has a ****load of experience, which makes his starts even worse.Papps > Worker in terms of the hardwork.
He's been batting at a Richardson-esque pace this season ****ed if I know why.Yeah, and Papps has a ****load of experience, which makes his starts even worse.
Probably cause the NZ selectors keep bitching on about "batting time".He's been batting at a Richardson-esque pace this season ****ed if I know why.
Expecting Lamb and Napier to rip though the Stags in no time TBF, and Patel to wrap up the tail. 100 run first innings lead.According to commentators the Wellington pitch is green. Good chance for Ingram, Worker, Bell and Brodie to post big on a hard pitch.
Can only see Ingram and Brodie being capable myself, if the technical observations on Bell from a few weeks ago still hold true.
In terms of domestic cricket, he's decent. But I would never say he's better than Bell, Cumming or a host of other average openers.Nar, he's quite good better than a fair few of the guys who have been tonning up on the flat tracks.
Michael Papps was a good opener a few years ago. Unfortunately he's declined due to uselessness against short balls (like McIntosh) and a lack of off-stump awareness. He can be too front foot orientated.Or he's just rubbish...
Oh godHe's is miles ahead of Bell, Redmond and McIntosh though.
Because its working so well now.Expecting Lamb and Napier to rip though the Stags in no time TBF, and Patel to wrap up the tail. 100 run first innings lead.
Good argument.Oh god
That just simply isn't true. Well...maybe McIntosh, but that remains to be seen.
You're basing that on what, exactly? A century scored over a week ago when Wellington posted 500/7?Can only see Ingram and Brodie being capable myself, if the technical observations on Bell from a few weeks ago still hold true.
And a lefty***You're basing that on what, exactly? A century scored over a week ago when Wellington posted 500/7?
I don't really need an argument, what you said is blatantly false. No point arguing.Good argument.
100% correct.Cumming > Bell > Papps
