Back-to-back chanceless centuries for Yuvraj Singh.

And to think he was completely out-of-form for a while before that.

And looking again, the fact that Collingwood, Patel and Pietersen have so far bowled 16 overs between them is atrocious.

And the fact that Pietersen's somehow only gone for 4-an-over so far possibly even worse.
Yeah,I've only just got up, but it seems off that our 4 specialist bowlers are going to end up at least 4 overs light between them. I see Patel's been carted again.

Were you serious about 150 being a par score on this track?

EDIT
Just read Precambrian's post. Looks a gem of a decision to leave out Swann again.

Richard, are you watching the match?

Because, Pietersen is bowling quite well. The pitch suits him and he is exploiting that.

Expecting Bhajji to run through the English lineup.

Heck, even Collingwood got serious turn with his off cutters.
I'm watching again currently having not been for a while thanks to the network being down. The fact that Pietersen is bowling reasonably well is pretty atrocious TBH.

Dhoni gone. Still can't get a big knock against England.

BTSOT, terrible shot. Am only listening rather than watching currently however.
Terrible shot, but what was interesting for me was the amount of turn Pietersen got - I'm certain the ball pitched outside leg, yet it was outside off by the time Gambhir hit it.

Pietersen can certainly rip the ball - if he concentrated enough, he could be a useful Michael Clarke-esque option for England.

Eleven or so overs left. Yuvi has a chance to get a big one.

BTW, what would one consider a 'big' century in ODIs? Obviously with the over restraints in ODIs I'd say something above 130 is 'big'.

Yeah, though that doesn't neccessarily mean India will restrict England to that.

But if we had an attack such as Pollock, Kallis, Donald, Klusener, Elworthy or Caddick, Gough, Mullally, Ealham, Croft or McGrath, Fleming, Reiffel, Moody, Warne, or something along those lines, I doubt any batting line-up would manage much on a pitch like this.

I guess 125 is the mark I'd set. Quarter-century over a century and all.
