Sounds a bit beyond me - is it related to the split of their runs scored home/away or 1st Innings/2nd Innings?
No.
Okay before I give the answer I must tell you that this whole format was made so that one could ask completely unrecognisable queries (at least when first asked) and yet the initial queries would be aimed not at guessing the answer but in narrowing down the field and getting to know the query, as it were.
Most of the early stalwarts of this thread are gone or rarely visit so I find the effort is to try and guess the answer, Thats always going to be difficult.
For example, one could, in the current case have asked
1. Is the stat Batting (or bowling for that matter) related?
2. Is it something to be proud of? (telling whether or not it is ducks etc.
3. Is it related to dismissal/mode of dismissal?
and so on. The narrowing down of the field is the only way to get it right more often than not. By trying to actually guess the question Or asking questions which give a partial answer may end up using most of the question plus give a feeling that one is not getting anywhere and then one tends to give up.
I do hope I am making some sense.
Okay the answer to this is that the percentage on unbeaten innings (not outs) of both Laker and Prasanna is identical (to the infinite place of decimal)
- Laker : 15 out of 63
- Prasanna : 20 out of 84
both working out at 5/21 or 23.80952381 %
