Is he on a promise, then24th Feb, Oxford vs Mansfield. Naturally you'll come.
Forest Green is in Nailsworth, about 10-15 minutes drive from Stroud on the side of a hill. There is a back road over the top of another hill through Minchinhampton (I think) that knocks 15 minutes off the journey if you're coming from the A40.Is the plan. Is going to be the easiest game to get to this season travelwise for me, so there's no excuse not to go.
Currently trying to work out just where Forest Green is other than 'The Cotswolds' and if i can get there.
Scummer, TBH.Only one Theo Walcott itbt, and he comes from Newbury, all else can GAGF.
You going to the match against AC Milan?Scummer, TBH.
On another note, was offered a ticket today for Pompey vs Chelsea in February by my Dad. Snapped it up. Can't wait, never seen a league game against a Big Four side.
Trying to. Leaving it in my Dad's hands, he knows people with season tickets so it'll be easier for him. If you want a ticket for Milan you have to buy one for Heerenveen too, but that's not a problem. I'm crossing my fingers, but it'll be a tough ask.You going to the match against AC Milan?
I'm curious about where he's going to fit in at Milan, TBH. Their 4-3-2-1 formation doesn't appear to leave too much room for him, without leaving out one of Gattuso, Pirlo or Flamini. Having said that, leaving out Flamini for Beckham isn't exactly that bad a move. Got to admit, even with their advancing ages, the thought of Beckham, Ronaldinho, Kaka and Shevchenko playing in the same team is a pretty mind-blowing one. Rivals Zidane-Figo-Ronaldo-Raul at Madrid, for mine.Average age of an AC Milan player: 29
Number of players in squad (inc. Beckham): 28
Number of those players at least 30 years old: 16
You have to say, though, if there's any club in the world that's going to keep a 33 year old player fit for internationals and ensure he has years ahead of him... it's Milan.
Great practice for his new England role then.Beckham's only there to sell shirts and keep an illusion that he's playing so Capello will pick him. He'll play 5 minutes a match, tops.
Next step: move the club to Doha and become al-Ahmar-Aswad.From the BBC.
Given the 40 year old Maldini & 36 year old Favalli still regularly turn out for the Rossoneri, Beckham must be part of the youth policy.
had to lol.Becks doesn't have to play as a winger in Milan. As i've advocated before he should really use his excellent passing game more centrally, then maybe he could rival Carrick or Barry as England's passing machine in the centre of the park.
Since i'm sure even Capello knows at the back of his mind, that come 2010 he can't expect to have Becks at 35 to come on for 5 minutes just to wip in a cross, especially when the likes of Young, SWP & Bentley will be able peaking by then.
Very happy with this move, will finally have reason to watch back a foreign league again.
Haha, ind33d.had to lol.
