Yeah, against the filth, jeez, you tormented me by ending our promotion dreams, and then, when you had my full backing, bottled it and let those bastards into the Premiership

Well, I feel really dirty right now. One of my mates has an accumulator on today's Prem results and has got the whole lot to come off so far - stands to win £418 if United come through here...

Like most football fans I have a team who don't come within a bull's roar of the team I love but who I retain a fondness for and are always the second result I look for ....

...I hate it when they meet .... even worse that North End bloody won!
Yeah, I'm a lifelong Arsenal fan (despite not being a Londoner & having no family connections) because I chose with the illogic of a six year old and one doesn't swap footy teams.

So I follow Cambridge United as my little "pat on the head" team, what with them being my locals.

Man, he's either put a lot on, gone for some maverick selections or tipped about a dozen.

Most I've ever won on the fixed odds is £83 for a fiver (six home wins).

I will forever be haunted by memories of Fabian De Freitas - I mean what a ludicrous name for a footballer - especially, in those days, one who played for Bolton Wanderers

West Brom don't look half bad the centre half Donk looks very good & the right back Zuiverloon looks more than decent.

Cue them having mares from now on & Man Utd scoring half a dozen

Went to the Arsenal Match today...and it seems that a load of crowd trouble that occured seems not to have been mentioned by the media.....there was quite a large brawl between the Everton fans/stewards/Arsenal fans..... Had to end up giving a statement to the police.

Some of the chants coming out of the Everton end were nothing short of appaling as well, I know you get a lot of banter and always one or two idiots...but there were large groups of people making really unpleasant racial remarks throughout...dire.

On a plus note it was quite an enjoyable game, Arsenal didn't really get out of gear in the first half, but once they equalised there was only one team in the game.

And **** me....Theo Walcott is even faster in real life than he is on Tv, outstanding pace.

Reading Capello's Mind Part 2

This time its with regards to Ashley Young not being selected but his continuos selection of Downing.

I reckon even though behind Cole he has been the best performing left-sided player in the land (since he has been coach of course), the fact that he is right footed, Capello probably rightly feels almost all the wingers in the land from Cole, SWP, Walcott, Lennon & even Gerrard can be used on the left to cut it with there right foot. So he probably really wants a natural left-footed mid-fielder in the national side.

So again with Matt Taylor coming back in his last two games & looking very impressive for Bolton once he keeps it up i reckon his chances of getting a England call up isn't that far off.

Bolton players should never play for England as a rule, because they are all a bunch of wankers

Aye, was talking to someone who's been to the majority of the grounds in the football league following Luton for the past ten years and he says Everton and Leeds are the two scummiest sets of fans he's seen in that time.

Is that Luton fan a pot who goes round calling kettles black?

But yeah, blue****e, dirties, cardiff (don't deserve a capital letter), and of course the filth.

 I didn't have anything to come back to him with regarding Luton fans, so i'll never know. West Ham and Millwall didn't go down to well either, unsurprisingly.

Never experienced West Ham away from PP and they have been no trouble the two times I've had them up here (we won both, btw, including the time we played them in the cup when they had Rio, Joe Cole, Lampard  how the **** didn't they win anything?!)

Millwall a crazy one to forget. Watched them smash up our boozer in front of my own eyes in 06. Was crapping myself as I knew my kid brother was in the pub with my aunty but couldn't find him; apparently I walked in the midst of it all looking for him. Believe me it wasn't through bravery as I wouldn't dream of getting involved in such shenanigans!

Yeah...was genuinely surprisised about it tbh, so many of these "fans" had brought their kids along to watch them make racist chants and swear and all sorts. FFS they were playing Arsenal...not a team who they have a particularly fierce rivalry with...but yet they seemed to get incredibly pissed off at the fact that they were not winning. I like football as much as the next guy, but FFS so many of the fans there seemed to think it was the most important thimng in their lives, which imo is quite frankly pathetic, spoilt what was otherwise a very enjoyable game for me personally.

Not happy at the Everton vs Arsenal match.

We could have been up 2-0 at half time if we got a bit of luck, and than to concede 3 goals in the second half was poor, with some pretty big defensive lapses. This season has been very, very average to say the most.
