*Official* English Football Season 2008-2009

Good to see Arsenal losing from my point of view (although actually if we can't win it Arsenal would be my next choice, hmmmm). Shame Middlesbrough were unbelievably ****.

1546: Blackburn's Jason Roberts somehow misses the target from less than six yards when he glances a free header wide from a Brett Emerton cross.

Would rather have Ashley Ward upfront.

Sounds like Gerrard's back to his 'best' for Liverpool.

So bloody over-rated.
Jeez Scaly, good to see you've filled the Henry void.

Whites getting the points, it seems that there are two different sides this season, one that plays like **** when I'm there, and one that beats all before them when I'm not. I will be attending our next away game and am interested to see if we can keep up this good away form (not been beaten away since August, and only drew one of those games - the one that I was at tbh). Home form needs urgently addressing though, pretty typical that we would finally get some good away form for the first time in years, and we're getting raped left, right and centre at home. But anyway, a win is a win, I don't want anybody else, when I think of Chrissy Shuker I touch myself.

Liverpool bloody managing to haul themselves back yet again, they really will be believing that it's their year at this rate 8-)

Oh, and Mitchell, you ****, your bunch couldn't do the job against Wrexscum, FFS

Watching Humey on Sky Sports now before I head on out.

But to hell

No Ryan Harley, no fun.

Still, we remain in the play-off places. Three clean sheets in a row too, looking for positives in the negatives, to be fair.

Like most football fans I have a team who don't come within a bull's roar of the team I love but who I retain a fondness for and are always the second result I look for ....

...I hate it when they meet .... even worse that North End bloody won!

Right-o, that's okay. I completely misread your post, and with you being from deepest Lancashire, and Blackburn and the filth meeting today, I began to fear the worst.

Were you at PP when Reading broke my ten-year old heart in 1995?

Rooney disallowed, didn't look like there was anything wrong with it to me, United beginning to turn the screw, but not yet broken through.
