If there is a more gutsy sportsman on this planet than Ryley Batt ( who plays for the Australian Wheelchair Rugby team) I have yet to see him,I have NEVER seen a person put so much effort into a sport as Ryley did in Beijing, he only got a Silver Medal,but he deserved a Platinum Medal.

Can't seperate Sachin and Allen Iverson as my favourites. Honourable mentions go to Robert Pires, Zaheer Khan, Eddie Guerrero and Bret Hart.

It's a test bed and advertising field for the industry, that's all. I'm not denying that it's physically straining, that you need a lot of skill or that there is a competitive element, but that doesn't make it a sport. Or do you consider test pilots to be sportsmen too?
