I can't believe I ate the whole thing
Nothing, though Casson seems to have it covered. I'm tempted to throw my support behind him on name basis only. What does anyone know about Glen Batticciotto?

Carseldine made over 150 on the weekend, good to read.Played U19s for Australia. Scored a massive amount of runs captaining Sandgate-Redcliffe last season.
Carseldine is much better though.
I rate O'Keefe and Smith quietly. Got big careers ahead of them.
I'll back you on Steve Smith there. But I can't see O'Keefe every being more then a bits and pieces player. Never will be good enough to make it as specialist batsmen or frontline bowler. Though the talk is we going to play 3-4 spinners this season in both forms due to lack of pace depth after the top 4-5 guys. So he might get a decent run and he meant to be bowling well during the off season. Also the likes of Robson and Burns are really on par when it comes to pure talent. O'Keefe edges them on experience atm.James didn't they say the same things about aaron o'brien 5 years ago.(re o'keefe and smith)
Dan Smith opened for the most of last season. Had no success, but I expect him to be given another run as opener at the start of this season. Would rather Forrest open as that his best chance of ever making it as OD player, but I can't see it happening.Any of the NSW fans here think Lambert is a chance to open with Hughes on Wednesday? If it's not Forrest then who could it be? I keep thinking they might throw him up there to extend the batting order given how weak it looks.
Edit: In my tired state I've forgotten that I had him penned in as carrying the drinks. Still, if he's going to play it's a genuine question.
I have huge expectations from Steve Smith, he is young but from whatever i have seen or read of him, he comes across as a tremendously talented player, but only thing is i hope he doesn't go the Cameron White way by ignoring his bowling for his batting, as unlike White he has got some bowling talent there and on top of that he is pretty good with the bat too, so he surely is a superstar in the making.I'll back you on Steve Smith there. I don't think White ignored his bowling for his batting. I think he possibly ignored it somewhat for the captaincy though. I'm pretty sure he was hesitant to use himself in a game as much as he would've been used under another captain.I have huge expectations from Steve Smith, he is young but from whatever i have seen or read of him, he comes across as a tremendously talented player, but only thing is i hope he doesn't go the Cameron White by ignoring his bowling for his batting, as unlike White he has got some bowling talent there and on top of that he is pretty good with the bat too, so he surely is a superstar in the making.
Smith overall is more of batting all rounder then bowling all rounder. It wouldn't surprise me if he goes down the White path and ends up playing as specialist batsmen that bowls. He has shown potential with the bowl in the limited overs cricket, but I still have question marks over him being a front line bowler in FC cricket.I have huge expectations from Steve Smith, he is young but from whatever i have seen or read of him, he comes across as a tremendously talented player, but only thing is i hope he doesn't go the Cameron White by ignoring his bowling for his batting, as unlike White he has got some bowling talent there and on top of that he is pretty good with the bat too, so he surely is a superstar in the making.
They could possibly use Khawaja? Was the best in QLD grade last season IIRC.

What kind of a player is he, i heard somewhere he is a bit like Sangakkara in the way he bats, is it true??They could possibly use Khawaja?
Hartley needs to step it up about 5 notches ITBT.Hoping Sullivan has a break through season. Also, Hartley needs to step it up a notch.
Then played a shocking shot to get out. Was hoping for more from him today.Phil highues 3 4's in a row off Dorey, first time I have seen him bat live, looks pretty good.
