If you think so then fine. :)
Well I don't tbh, when you take away your bias towards Man Utd, your views usually are credible. What irks me is how you go on about "reliable sources" from these Man Utd forums, and then say "Dong wasn't bought to boost shirt sales, people on the Man Utd forums said so"...and then turn around and say "loads of muppets on them there Utd forums"...argh.

Found the thread but there was no poll, for understandable reasons now that I think of it

Let's take a look at the top posters in the thread, see what we get:

GIMH - Tranmere Rovers
Halsey - United
sledger - Arsenal, also follows Brentford and has a somewhat baffling thing for Rotherham because of (here's the baffling part) Ronnie Moore
Smitteh - Citeh
roseboy - never been able to work it out from his posts
Mitchell - Mansfield
Craig - Don't know if he follows an English side? Inter fan. Fond of Chrissy G.
grecian - Plymouth
Clapo - Liverpool & Everton (!)
aussie - United
Agent TBY - blue****e I think
Brumby - Arsenal/Cambridge United
Rubble - Pompey
Hakon - Some Norwegian side whose name is too hard for me to type
TT Boy - Blackburn
Pickup - Exeter
mcpinch - citeh
Camps - Is it Southampton? I ain't sure

CBF going down any further, of teams not mentioned I know there is Oldham representation (:@) from dav, James supports West Ham, think there are a couple of Liverpool fans who pop in from time to time. Despite being a regular in the footy thread each year noone is really sure who Scaly supports!

Quite impressed/scared* with my memory there actually

ITBT, with Cahill hardly being on the pitch, and the introduction of Torres () over the last season, I would say I more follow 'pool than Everton (makes me seem like a glory supporter ) these days. Doesn't mean I don't take a keen interest in how Everton are going though.

Who says I'm talking about the same places?

How are we gonna get on tonight then? Anyone watching. Hope we win, but can't help but think that 2 or 4 years ago I'd have been down the pub in a shot if the game was on a channel I didn't have

Highlight of the Conference years was when Leigh RMI brought six to St James to watch a five-goal stuffing.

"Home in a taxi..."
Merthyr Tydfil once came with a travelling army of 3 to a Tuesday night game at the City Ground in the late-90s.

Kudos tho; quite the trek on a school night.

Walcott starts for England again. Thought I'd have a rather longer wait for a Gooner to make the English XI after Cashley went to suckle at Satan's teat, so good to see.

Pleased we look to be going for a 4-4-2 as well, our players showed in our last visit to Croatia that they don't respond well to changes in formation.

Ignoring the typical scouse wit which your liverpuddlians are renowned for.......

We're playing quite well, and Theo looks decent, but calamity looks to be back in force: two iffy moments; get Green in FFS.

I don't wanna put the mockers on us, but it sounded a very encouraging first half.

If you're only gonna have one trick as a footballer, pace isn't a bad one.

Are you listening to alan green and the turnip?

A man who commentates in a way in which to prove his opinions right (absolutely no credibilty, a ****ing disgrace, for the beeb IMHO) and the man who is mcclowns only serious oppo for Englands biggest disgrace of a manager.

Jenas on the left?!?

Defensive tactics against 10 men with over half an hour left. Hmm

Could understand it a bit more if Barry was going to move on the left side.

Walcott 2-0.

Why do they keep going on about this brilliant selection of Walcott over Beckham?

Beckham's absolutely shot.

3-0. Rooney in goal shocker.

Yeah, needs must & all that. Green is an absolute stroker, it must be said.

Go Theo!

EDIT: Think the Croatia myth is well & truly exploded too. I said when they beat us last year it was more due to our shortcomings rather than them being any good. If they were, the Kovacs wouldn't still need to be playing in their early 50s.
