I bet a few of you are waiting for me to put my tips in so you can go for a few upsets. I'll do the nice thing and give you plenty of time to plan it.

I think they'd be more worried about Brumby tbh, given he was leading (doing results aws so it may change though)

After Round 25

Overall
1. BoyBrumby - 121(8)
2. James90 - 121 (7)
3. Burgey - 119 (5)
=4. Wright - 118 (5)
=4. DCYE - 118 (5)
6. altoz - 114 (7)
7. Clapo - 113 (3)
8. Simon - 112 (6)
9. morgieb - 112 (5)
10. chaminda - 111 (4)
11. 99* - 105 (4)

A solid round of tipping with everyone getting at least 5 games correct, whilst James90 and Morgieb topped the round with 7 a piece. As it stands, Brumby leads based on the bonus points, whilst despite being equal overall, Stedman has to currently settle for 2nd with only 7 bonus points compared to BBs 8. As it stands, any one of the top 5 can win it, although it would take some rather game/desperate tipping from Burgey, Wright or DCYE to take the lead. Stedman must tip 1 better than Brumby to win.

We're going into the finals surely? Can't be the last round!

All about the Eels/Warriors then. Not hugely confident given I'm running at about 40% on Parra games this year...

Excellent. It's not a bad choice. NZ have a poor record away from home and have spent all week fighting the McKinnon charge. Having said that, Parra are useless without Finch and finals will be out of the equation unless Brisbane thrash Newcastle by some ridiculous margin.

No no.

Newcastle will fall in a heap to Brisbane, who nearly put 100 on them last year.

That will open the door for the blue and gold juggernaut to go charging through the Warriors and into 8th place. Then next week, down to Melbourne or over to Brookie (doesn't matter which) where a thumping win for Parra ensues.

Then they win their next three and take out the GF in the greatest turnaround since Wayne Holdsworth's spell in a county game on the 93 Ashes when he had about none for 80, then took six for nothing.

I tell ya, it's a moral.

Interesting scenario the minor premiership. Manly lead Melbourne by 8 points on F/A and both should record big wins over Penrith and Souths respectively.

I put $10 on Manly for the minor premiership, paying $3 at betfair. Ends up $2.90 after commission.
