Blackcaps lost the toss and were put in to bat by Kingfisher.
Blackcaps scored 318-3 with opener Jessie Hogg top scoring with 94. Blackcaps were unstoppable as they scored 91 runs in the last 10 overs. William Nye, Searcy & Walkley all scoring 50's helping the score.
Looks like Blackcaps are on course for a win here provided the bowlers bowl well in the second half.

Blackcaps loses the thriller against Kingfisher by 3 wickets. Kingfisher were succesful in chasing the score in 50th over as they require just 4 off the last over with three wickets in hand.
Blackcaps bowlers were too expensive & erratic all through the Kingfisher innings. They gave too many runs by bowling short pitch stuff.
Positives for Blackcaps from the match:: After securing a place in the team after a long time, Jessie Hogg proves why he needs to be selected by top scoring with 94.Brian Blundell bowled well for three Kingfisher wickets. He was excellent with the new ball but could not match up his performance bowling at the death.

Nah, they only out rate me because i lack a quality all rounder. Next season is when the real games start, will be more concerned about the losses then.

Blackcaps need a win against Gongbeaters and expect Mullet Men lose to The Mount CC for a top position in the T20 league. Blackcaps are looking for a big win against Gongbeaters as the coach of Blackcaps feel that this is the perfect time to improve the RR and the end the season in style.
Its been a disappointing week for Blackcaps. But, Raghav is confident that Blackcaps will bounce back and will be back to winning ways!

Shelley scores T20 ton - helps Blackcaps win against Gongbeaters
Stunning 3rd wicket partnership of 192 runs between Jessie Hogg & Travis Shelley helped Blackcaps to win against Gongbeaters by 149 runs in the final T20 match of the T20 league.
Blackcaps electing to bat lost two early wickets in the form of Roche & Walkley. But Travis & Hogg picked up the RR by scoring 11 an over since then. Hogg was notout on 91*(51) and Shelley scored 102 from just 60 balls.
Even though Blackcaps won the match by 149 runs, it was not enough for them to top the table as Mount CC was not able to win against Mullet Men. So, Blackcaps has to settle for a 2nd position in the T20 league table.
