Close got 4/10 in his last game. Won the T20 league and had the highest run scorer and highest wicket taker. I have a must win game tomorrow to win the youth league and promote.

Unfortunately my senior team managed to completely **** up their chances of winning the league after losing three straight games, all of which should have been wins.

Does anyone know in FTP how to tell which players will do better batting/bowling on aggressive, normal and defensive?
Is it to do with power? Endurance? Experience?

Normally if they have crap technique I'll put them on defensive, especially if it's a batting pitch. High technique/power, or a pitch suited to their bowling style can be on aggressive. It's worked for me most of the time.

Once again I got totally screwed over in the T20, match ratings were 13k+ the team i was facing, they needed 22 to win in the last over and they got it on the last ball against a bowler bowling defensive orders. Fairly ridiculous tbh

It's actually pretty funny when that sort of thing doesn't happen to me.

The defensive orders shouldn't make any difference btw - anyone would bowl defensively in that scenario.

Paying that team back now in the YOD match, got them 6/46 off 14.3 overs on a flat deck at the moment. Mohamed totally destroying the lineup with 4 for 7 off 3 overs.

Of course this will probably make me lose the league on run rate but I don't really care because this is delicious

Preview - Scorezby Scums C.C v Blackcaps

Even before Blackcaps recover from a shocking loss against Otago, they face Scorezby Scums C.C today. Blackcaps lost badly against Otago and are expecting things to turn in favour for them in this match. But they however know that Scorezby Scums C.C is a lot better team who doesn't offer too many chances.

Blackcaps re-grouped yesterday and discussed their strategies last evening in a short net practice session. It would be a good day for medium pacers and Dorey might get in a chance.

Catch live!

By the way I'm thinking of playing a 10 bowler a side friendly in a couple of weeks, just for amusement. I reckon I could hit 90k ratings. Should have enough options now I can use youth players.

Obviously I'm a member so I can challenge on the Thursday after the FTP League's finished next week.
