Yeah, what you need is another young half who thinks he's king of the world and will cause more trouble than good.

The main problem with Parra isn't that they're soft or whatever, the club is filled with absolute wankers. Plain and simple. You need to get more players who are willing to work hard on their games an themselves rather than self-involved ****s like Carney.

If Canberra sack Todd Carney he should be deregistered by the NRL. And if he is sacked and waltzes straight into a rival club for next season, I will most probably take my money and support elsewhere.

Funniest thing in the Canberra Times today, an open letter from Todd Carney to the people of Canberra. Says he's sorry for being a **** basically and that he accepts four of the five points set out by the Raiders. Only one he is challenging is the fact he cant train and play again this season.

Be interesting to see what comes of this, after the Raiders management said the offer was non negotiable he is willing to accept a three year drinking ban, councelling, more community service, cant see how they will still sack him.

To me it seemed unlikely that Carney would stay. If he didn't accept the conditions and got sacked then he wouldn't play for the rest of the season anyway. In saying that he'd have been happy to accept the other four conditions, he increases his attractiveness to other clubs.

Well, Tiger absolutely smashed the Dogs, 54-4 IIRC. If the Cowboys are defeated by the Knights this week it will be a NRL record for most consecutive games lost. Carn Knights!

Sonny Bill Williams was the only one that could probably make a decent tackle, since they lost a majority of their good foward pack In Willie Mason and Mark O'Meley, both of which went over to the Sydney Roosters their defence has swiftly delapidated and Sonny Bill Williams was the only one left, now that he has 'pissed off' to France to play in the French Rugby I think that the only one left in their side that can tackle is probably Luke Pattern. Still, he is fairly poor in my opinion. Braith Anasta could tackle well too in my opinion,. where did he go though? He went to the Roosters didn't he. The Sydney Roosters are now like a leech on the Canterbury Bulldogs sucking every worthy player that had a scrap of talent and skill out of there and into them.
