Andrew Strauss, took heavy criticism and dealt with it the way it should be dealt with. Played some great cricket in the NZ test. Turned himself around and disciplined himself very well.

Shiv Chanderpaul, Virender Sehwag. I'm also rather keen on Shane Bond because i think he's been treated very unfairly over the ICL thing.

Kallis, Trescothick (have a weakspot for the guy ) Neil Mckenzie, Andrew Strauss, Daniel Vettori and more to come...but that is what I can think of atm

I really don't understand how people can have more than two or three 'favourite' players, isn't 'favourite' supposed to mean the one you like above all others?

Anyway, from all-time it'd be Gilchrist, but currently it's Kevin Pietersen. Have a soft spot for a number of players too, including Ryan ten Doeschate and most of the Bangladesh team.

I currently have a soft-spot for David Kearsley, given his performances for the Fardingham ****atoos.

Generally, any fast bowler who can uproot a complacent batsman's stump will win my favour though.
