Mohammad Asif, obviously. Clearly the one with the most potential. After McGrath, I haven't picked a new player to get infatuated about. I'll wait and see if a new world class fast bowler emerges soon.
The dude in the black shirt with the sunglasses? Because currently, both the guys in that photo play an equivalent amount of Test cricket.
@ both of these, as harsh as they are.You seem to have accidently posted a link to Ray Price there.
Retired last year.He hasn't been around for a while. What happened to him?
He'll be here to rubbish the poor young fella soon for not checking the 20 million previous threads before posting
*waits for the self righteous to arrive*
Mine is Stephen Fleming ftr.
I believe you. You have always had his photo up. I have just one question. WHY ????Mathew Sinclair.
No, I'm not joking.
I always believed he got a rough deal and should have been persisted with more in his prime. He was never going to be a great Test batsman but that was all part of the charm - he was awesome First Class cricketer who deserved more of a run IMO.I believe you. You have always had his photo up. Fair enough. Although earlier in his career he did actually show all the makings of being a fine test batsman. Not just his double on debut in 2000, but his 150 in South Africa later that year when batsmen were dropping like flies around him was a fine knock. He then scored another double against Pakistan in 2001 and then it all turned to custard there after.I always believed he got a rough deal and should have been persisted with more in his prime. I think my liking for him is based on the fact that I just wanted him to succeed so badly. There are quite a few cricketers I'd rather watch from an asthetic point of view but my support was always with him. Glutton for punishment, perhaps.
Yeah, he certainly did have some ability. His lack of foot movement across to the ball outside off meant he was never going to be awesome but he was certainly a bit better than some who were given much longer opportunities in the NZ team, and he conquered all comers domestically.Fair enough. Well done. As worth a long, continuous thread as the "My current World XI" stuff. Was slightly bored, so I merged all 10 threads on the exact same topic.
.....and they're all spamThis is my 36th post in the new thread, apparently.
