Yeah, Federer looked the goods even whilst losing the first two sets I thought. I went to bed at the end of the second, but Federer had a lot of chances on Rafa's serve and just didn't convert. I was surprised to see some of the wayward shots, but then maybe the wind had something to do with it.If you weren't actually watching the game, yes. One break in it and a very close first two sets.
Yes it is. If Player A is holding serve comfortably and taking Player B to break points often, but is unable to break. Simple as.
And I never said "dominating". Just "outplaying". Subtle difference being that you can outplay someone in a close match.
You what? For the first set and a half Federer only faced one break point. He lost it, but he had about 4 or 5 against Nadal. Again, anyone who was watching the game could tell how comfortable Federer looked on serve for most of the first 2 sets.
Could see he was a little reluctant to come to the net though on occasions, which cost him a couple of points as he ended up stuck in no-man's land.
