Well Wright, despite my very drunken cheerleading based on one innings I saw, has proved totally how out of depth he is, with this innings. Vettori hardly clebrated it. If Ambrose follows similarly it could be argued that 6 of the top 7 here, shouldn't be in the side. Shocking.
Barring Bangladesh, we must have the weakest oneday top 7 out of all the sides who also play tests. Bell, despite an almost respectable odi average lacks something - I just haven't decided whether it's a brain or a spine. Cook obv shouldn't be here. KP looks out of sorts most of the time. Bopara, depite being a handy scapegoat for some probably belongs although he's still finding his way. Shah doesn't do nearly enough. Wright is the most emabarrassingly out-of-his depth batsman I've seen. Ambrose appears to have departed whilst I was typing this, so that must be 5 failures out of 5 in the series.

:-O

Surely Gayle, Sarwan & Chanderpaul alone must give them the edge, or am I being really unfair to Bang?
Gayle unfit. Therefore incapable of running singles, and therefore only capable of getting himself out going for big shots. Sarwan unfit.

The mere presence of Fletcher, Pollard and Browne negates Chanderpaul and Bravo.

Regarding the keeper, you'd have to say that Mustard averaging 23 and not dropping anything looks like something of a golden age right now.

I don't know why England are being written off. 100 off 10 overs has been done before. OK so they're 7 wickets down. But stranger things have happened. Surely both Eng and NZ supporters should know not to assume anything by now when it comes to these two teams, ineptitude knows no bounds.
