Yeah, I think Swann is one of the definites in this side now, that is a good thing as it means we shouldn't really see Panesar in coloured clothing any time in the future; he had a poor 2007 in Tests really (WI LBWs aside) and this could perhaps in some ways be partly do to his failing to adjust to the different formats. He has been bowling reasonably well in Tests this year and as such should continue to just focus on Tests.

Highly unlikely. Shah is a pretty crap bowler in all honesty and the balls Oram hit for 6 were just in the slot. I seriously doubt he could go at 15 an over against Sidebottom, Anderson and Broad.

Clearly I was wrong about Elliott, he's doing well.

Great piece of fielding there though.

Seems like he was born and brought up in SA, interesting.

I remember looking through the archives that he played for SA under-19 if I can recall correctly.
