I'm just happy that they've at least tried to shake things up. It's been so stale for the last few years.

I'm actually thinking that a Triple H vs Edge feud would be pretty spectacular, only Edge should go over every single time in the feud.

This could lead to a Triple H vs MVP feud, and one that has absolute money written all over it, Triple H vs Undertaker.
Triple H v Edge if done right could be awesome. Especially if done right now while both men have considerable heat. But I do agree that an Undertaker v Triple H feud would be the best scenario but I don't see a heel turn on the cards for either at this stage.

Rey going to Raw is not a no-brainer. He was on Smackdown because of the Latin audience, and I'm wondering what the motivation behind this move is.
I guess its just because they want to try something totally fresh to get the ratings up, decided that the ratings of the flagship show were more important than those of the second show I suppose. Probably a good move really, a Y2J or HBK vs Mysterio feud would have the potential for some great matches, lets hope thats what we get rather than get lumbered with Mysterio vs JBL for another few months.

Yeah, to me that's why Mysterio to RAW was a great choice. SmackDown inherited one star who was big with the kids audience in Jeff Hardy, so they don't need Rey-Rey any more. He's feuded with Edge, he's feuded with MVP, he's feuded with Big Show - there's nothing left for him there.

Really hoping for a Punk heel turn out of all this - if Cena's going to be champ (which I think he will be), and we can avoid the inevitable Cena vs Orton V (yes, five - SummerSlam, Unforgiven, No Way Out, WrestleMania 24, then this one), then Cena vs Punk would make a great SummerSlam main event. Providing they're holding out on Cena vs Batista until WrestleMania XXV, which makes sense. That might not be the best match ever, but you can guarantee it'll be one hell of a spectacle.

Just saw the SD spoilers and the show looks very good on paper. Great to see Edge and Hardy's match ended with both men coming out strong.

And I have to say, even though he is light years better as a heel, Triple H is actually a very good face now that he's stopped doing that lame Dx ****.

Supplemental Draft going on on WWE.com right now, almost finished - some interesting lower-card moves, for sure. The one that makes me most happy is Shelton going to SD - yet another awesome guy I'm gonna get to see in person. :D

Confused that they're sending DH Smith to SD though, thought he was gonna be Ted DiBiase's mystery partner this Sunday!

Some of the supplemental moves make no sense to me, like Deuce going to RAW. without being tagged with Domino there's literally no point for his existance. So hopefully Domino goes over as well. Finlay to ECW fails massively but I suppose with the way things are right now it's not going to make much difference anyway. Carlito to Smackdown is the most interesting one so far, was certain he'd be gone after his recent outbursts but with the Latin demographic on SD, perhaps WWE are keeping him around after all? Though now that HHH has gone there as well who knows what's going to happen to him. Matt Hardy to ECW sucks as well, especially with Jeff on SD! now. Hardy vs Hardy for the US title = $$$$ but nope.

edit: Layla to RAW    My favourite Diva when her hair is straight.

Deuce moving is to separate him from Domino, 'cause they've just broken the team up. He's actually second-generation being the adopted son of Jimmy Snuka, so maybe they're lining him up for a spot in the rumoured second-generation stable. Although that would make Carlito and DH Smith's moves really illogical.

Oh, well that shows you how little attention I've been paying to Smackdown recently. Or Wrestling in general for that matter, bit disillusioned with the whole thing really at the moment. But Draft making things a bit interesting again so maybe I'll pick it up. Carlito I can understand 'cause his Dad was never a really famous WWF guy but DH Smith's move definitely makes no sense. Hate that they moved Jamie Noble as well, one of the best cruiserweights. Being on RAW is pointless.

In the same boat as you I guess. Honestly, being on CW and seeing this thread bumped is my only way I keep up to date with the WWE. If it reads well from the spoilers I might watch it is where I am right now.

Yeah, looking forward to seeing Carlito too, and despite being a heel DH Smith will get a big pop for being Davey Boy's son. All in all, I really can't wait.

Hmm, Carlito badmouths Triple H and then gets drafted to Smackdown with Triple H. I don't think he's going to have a very good time down there.

Smackdown is the show to watch now. They've got quite possibly the best roster, the best commentator and new and interesting potential fueds.

The only thing Raw has going for it, which is even remotely fresh is CM Punk and Rey Mysterio. Kane had been on Raw for an eternity and had only just moved over to ECW.

Some good potential fueds on the Raw side of things could be CM Punk vs John Cena, Chris Jericho vs CM Punk, Chris Jericho vs Rey Mysterio or CM Punk vs Rey Mysterio.

I'm sure I'm not alone in not wanting a John Cena vs Batista feud.

Yeah the thought occurred to me as well, as I was under the impression that Carlito had long been asking for a move away from HHH, and now that he's got his move....HHH moves also...could make life somewhat difficult for him.

Though i'm not really in favour of it, I'd rather see this than Cena vs HHH, or Batista vs HHH, simply because I wouldn't know who was going to win. Plus I think I would just find it more interesting for reasons I can't fully explain.

I'd also guess that Mark Henry will pick up the ECW title on Sunday, as he picked up a win over Kane last night and has since been added to the title match between Big Show and Kane....and as he has now been drafted to ECW I would say that the E will probably give him the strap. Not that this matters particularly, and anyway, he'll get injured walking to the ring on his first title defence probably, so nothing to worry about here.

I'm sure you're not, but I'm actually not too fussed by the possibility. It's clear that WWE have been holding off on doing it for the last few years because they've been saving it for a WrestleMania, and WrestleMania XXV is as big an event as you're gonna get.

The match won't be a five-star classic, but Cena has proven in the past with the likes of The Great Khali that he will bust a gut to get a less talented opponent to a decent match, and Batista can turn it on when he's motivated. The possibility of Cena vs Batista isn't going to set the IWC alight, but if and when it happens, it'll be the modern equivalent of Hogan vs Warrior, so who knows, maybe it'll turn out as surprisingly good as that match was.

Yeah, I actually hope Henry gets the strap for two reasons - one, I want Big Show on SmackDown, where he should be, not stranded on ECW; and two, since they started giving Mark Henry a little bit of mic time a couple of months or so back, he's been infinitely more interesting. He's still dull as, but he's actually been working a little harder than usual in recent weeks. Although the prospect of one of these big men having the ECW title is a worrying one for the sake of future matches - who else on the ECW roster could convincingly beat Henry or Show? Most of them are Cruiserweights who couldn't realistically be put over a guy that size, it'd be too big a push. Only one I can think of who might be a future contender is Finlay, thanks to his mighty shillelagh (:naughty:), but I've had enough of face Finlay for the time being. Get rid of the midget and turn him heel again.

Yeah Finlay has got pretty stale tbh, since the McMahon-Hornswoggle angle was axed he's had absolutely zilch to work with, and is adding nothing much to the company at this time, which is poor show really, as they should be using him as much as possible to pass on his experience to the younger guys. But yeah, a heel turn would probably be for the best at this stage.

But yeah, good point re: ECW title....I hadn't thought of it like that, but you're completely right, there are no credible challengers on ECW at all... Speaking of ECW...i'm beginning to doubt that they'll keep it going for much longer, as it got beaten by Impact in the ratings the other night, and now the roster being diminished I doubt they will bother with it for much longer, which will be a relief quite frankly.
