CW Red offer Jamee Gray a two-year contract.

CW Red offer Matt Luff a three-year contract, with a clause noting that the contract will be mutually terminated should the player fail to play three FC games in a season.
Make it 4 FC and you got yourself a deal :).

Confirmed.

Rose talk Manjunath Reddlapalli IMO. He would give us a really good all rounder option in ODs, or atleast another 5th bowlering option with Halsey gone. Also another good FC bat. In short his gun and would be perfect for Green IMO

Also if Black re sign Borcich and Stedman and don't release anyone. Then Blake Donald would be a free agent. I know Mitchell was interested in him and Nayak as well. Should have a chat to them both.

I haven't really begun to look at it properly, but I doubt we're going to be able to resign them both if any of them. Firstly, we have 16 points left and if we signed both it'd cost 20, and secondly, we'd have a squad of about 15 players and during the internationals that'd be reduced to about... 8 or 9. Solid.

This isn't real life. It's sad that a team of players who enjoy playing with each other and are mates can't stay together. We're pretty much ****ed for this season no matter what happens, and it's a joke. And I don't even really get a choice of which (contracted) players I want to keep on because of the way this has worked.

"Hi, we're the CWBCC, and here's your 13 man squad for the coming season. 5 of them are regular internationals. Have fun."

Look mate, if you're really bothered by it then feel free to release the Heathster to give you a couple of extra points to sign your mates up. I'd rather stay with Blacks, but it'll make it easier for you to win trophies for the Blacks, so be it.

Nah look, I'm working things around atm and I think we'll be right. Borcich is cheaper than I thought so with Arnold's likely inactivity I might be able to keep us afloat. Give me a few.

As of now, we're not passing on anyone.

Is there any provision for players who don't end up with a contract? Are clubs able to pick them up for a maximum one year contract at 1 or 2 points?

Is there any facility( apart from international retirement) for players to turn down a central contract in order that their club not be penalised the extra points?

The central contracts have to run one of two ways. Teams have to be heavily penalised for having these players but only if they play a lot of domestic cricket, as these teams are having players who are considered the best by the CWBCC and are therefore advantaged.

The other case is that teams are not heavily penalised for having centrally contracted players, but they don't play a lot for their clubs as they are on international duty and not servicing their clubs, and therefore the clubs don't get the benefit.

So, basically if the CWBCC want to heavily penalise clubs as far as contracts go, then the clubs need to be able to select these players for the majority of the season.

Not sure, what the plans are for the next domestic and international schedule, but these things need to be taken into account.
