Grimsby away, dire

How come you lot refer to Plymouth as Cornish? Is it just like when I call Jester Welsh
Just the way it is really, their fan's don't like it much, so we carry on doing it. Has to be said that being on the boundary an awful lot of their support, particularly the floaters, do come from that part of the world. So it's not just geographical, it's certainly the closest league club to that part of the world. Even though most of the in-bred lot don't get the intricacies of Football so follow egg-chasing.

EDIT: Actually that answers far too civilised, I should say "'coz they're ****ing cornish scum, obviously."

Take Rochdale away, not played them in a proper game in a while, was a bit dissapointed that they didn't beat stockie and come up so a decent draw, and we should win easily, though i think the last time we played someone really local from a local league in the cup was Bury a few years ago in the LDV and we lost so...

Xabi Alonso agrees to move to Juventus for £13.4m according to Italian media, while Frank Lampard is a very good bet to join Inter for £10m as well.

Although the Lampard one is just a rumor, if it did to come through along with Alonso it wouldn't be very smart sales.

Lampard is off contract next season and Chelsea are believed to have been offered £10m, then they should take it.

I'm childishly excited. Reading, away, will suit from a selfish view. Or the Saints.
Hey Pickup, if that turns out to be the draw andif you go to that game then let me know, and i'll go as well, i'll probably be living in Reading by then, so I could easily get there.

We get the Dips away out of the way early, fourth game of the season. Irritating thing is we then have the Renties away fifth game of the season.

Arsenal at home in the penultimate game, could be interesting.

Quite pleased about this tbh, as this is a game I never have any confidence of getting anything out of, and so by the stage of the season it'll be at, hopefully nothing will be at stake.

Bet that comes back to haunt me.

Although it would be good for another ENG player to play abroad. Given that so many foreign players are around already i rather him stay @ home. After all the influx of foreign players is more like they are abroad than home anyway..

Tbh in terms of the England team, it would probably be far more beneficial for him to play abroad. Probably be more beneficial for Chelsea as well.

We did indeed get the Saints - but in Exeter.

If you are going to suggest its going to be beneficial to the ENG team that playing in Italy could help his technique i won't buy it since he is too old to be changing his game too much i feel, much better off playing to his strenghts. Can't see how it will benefit Chelsea on the field on play either since i don't know if Deco is better than Lamps anyway. (not too ofay with any financial benefits of selling him though).

As i said before though we already have limited ENG players in the starting line-ups of most prem sides already don't want to see Chelsea turned into another Arsenal/Liverpool.

Yeah they would be stupid to let him go on a free transfer. If he does join, and if he doesn't make it, I hope he doesn't give us an Ian Rush excuse as to why he was too crap to make it in Serie A.
