With retirements, County contracts and injuries the Ireland team that stepped out there wasn't as good as it could have been. We have a bit of a problem when it comes yo chasing totals though, too slow for the modern game.
But Its worth as lot of youngsters get oppertunity to prove...

I completely agree that it does provide experience to the next generation but at the expense of the national teams cohesion as their not playing together.

USA cakewalkall the way to division two...
hopefully not...only because i hate that no real americans are representing us...the icc should make a quota system of x # of players must be born in the country...we are a country of immigrants but that isn't supposed to mean us being dominated by immigrants...i wonder what's the qualification process for playing for the different country is? anyone know? it should be like at least being a citizen of the country you going to represent or being born there...

I knew a bit that u have to be a Citizen or atleast play domestic tournaments for atleast 4yrs...

Ive never asked you, living in LA Id expect you will have played a lot at Woodley Cricket Grounds in Van Nuys. What do you think of the cricket there? Its a nice facility

actually i never really played real cricket...i played with some jamaicans along with my friends who play baseball but never really like for a team
