The joys of home. Its so gutting. Hopefully I can catch the Chennai highlights tomorrow night if Oram plays well.Yeah at Uni I only have the one channel. so hoping to catch as much as I can at home. Thanks a lot.
It's called sarcasmHaha, you're just ridiculous. Seriously. We get it, you don't like it. Good for you. AA, Sharma and Ganguly bowled better than Kallis, Noffke, White, Kumar, Zaheer. It's really that simple. ANd McCullum batted better than everyone else combined.
Yeah but there are also guys in your test squad who cant hold a candle to him as a batsmanThe worst part is that this is India. You can find someone better than that in the 3rd XI for a Ranji side FFS.
Really? Who in our Test side wouldn't 'hold a candle' to Cameron White as a Test batsman?Yeah but there are also guys in your test squad who cant hold a candle to him as a batsman

Except McCullum, the Indians out performed the non Indians today, so its fair enough not having an interest in the domestic players, but your line about someone decent will probably be proven wrong during the course of the tournament. As an international viewer, I have pretty much zero interest in the Indian domestic players so tune out when they are operating (basically, get out or get off so I can watch someone decent play).
You can hide behind your so called sarcasm all you want. But there is thread for your crap, use it.It's called sarcasm
Oh, FFS. Is there any Australian player that isn't above criticism in your one eye? He's clearly more of a batsman and a bowler but (and this is the massive but which I've bolded and resized for you, just so you can't miss it) he does bowl. Including an over in this new competition which features most of the world's best players. So forgive us if we assess him bluntly on what he offers with the ball, which is bugger all.Yeah but there are also guys in your test squad who cant hold a candle to him as a batsman

People need to get over the bowling part - he hardly rolls his arm over for his state side anymore
"Domestic" means non-test/international players who are there basically to fill up the lineupsExcept McCullum, the Indians out performed the non Indians today, so its fair enough not having an interest in the domestic players, but your line about someone decent will probably be proven wrong during the course of the tournament.
That's who I mean as well."Domestic" means non-test/international players who are there basically to fill up the lineups
Haha, he did look pumped.Don't know how the Royal Challengers expect to win any games. They'd have an excellent test team, but for 20/20 not so good.
Loved Ponting's reaction to Dravid's wicket running in and 'messing' Ishant's hair. Bet he's the happiest man in the tournament, not having to face him.
And so do McMillan, Astle and a host of other NZ batsmen.Oh, FFS. Is there any Australian player that isn't above criticism in your one eye? Sorry but I have very little interest in watching bowlers with Fc averages approaching 40 bowling to batsmen that average 25That's who I mean as well.
Given his form in fc over the past 2 years (averaging well over 50 at a high strike rate both home and abroad) and the consistent failures of these guys at the top level, he should certainly be selected in front of Yuvi, Kaif, and Jaffer (all members of the 3rd test squad)Really? Who in our Test side wouldn't 'hold a candle' to Cameron White as a Test batsman?
And the reason people aren't getting over the bowling part is because he bowled in this game. Everyone realizes he is there as a batsman too.
There are players who average 50+ consistently at First Class level in India as well, and they aren't getting a game for various reasons. I highly doubt they'd be picking White.Given his form in fc over the past 2 years (averaging well over 50 at a high strike rate both home and abroad) and the consistent failures of these guys at the top level, he should certainly be selected in front of Yuvi, Kaif, and Jaffer (all members of the 3rd test squad)
Basically, you need to get over the "Everyone realizes he is there as a batsman too" syndrome. He's a batsman that fills in with a few overs
Probably wouldnt but it doesnt mean that guys who have been exposed at the top level are any better than him or others on the Indian domestic sceneThere are players who average 50+ consistently at First Class level in India as well, and they aren't getting a game for various reasons.
