Broad has bowled his heart out though. A 13 over spell where he has kept it tight in tandem with MSP. Reckon Sidebottom will finish off from his end soon (probably the next over) with Panesar continuing from his end. Shows how much faith Vaughan has in Anderson.

Elliott is a redneck in-bred rubbish domestic cricketer. They are all alike. Average 20 with the bat, 40 with the ball. Pathetic.

Absolutely dire.

**** this ****.

Don't forget Tama Canning and Jeff Wilson (the comeback version, the young Wilson was alright).
Knew there was someone, but couldn't find him on the recent-debutants list.

Canning wasn't the absolute worst tho was he?

Matthew Walker, Richard Jones...
Walker was a good bowler though wasn't he? Just didn't get the opportunities, Ian Butler and the like preferred. 8-) Jones was poor but surely not as bad in his single Test as Elliott has been?

Difficult to blame Elliot though for being so blatantly not good enough. Look to the NZ selectors though in all their wisdom.

If New Zealand had better selectors than other countries, they might still be able to be up near the top of the tree. Surely some of these players, even despite the absurd number of injuries in recent years, shouldn't have played?

Agree with all those except Papps and Sinclair. And still hope Papps might come back to Tests and have an acceptible Test career.

GAGFC. Sinclair is awes while Jones hardly got a lengthy run, and is certainly not the worst to play for NZ.

James Marshall and Paul Wiseman to replace.

Tama Canning talked a good game. So much so that he buggered off to WA as soon as the going got tough for getting an international slot!
