Impressive stuff. I'm not sure what the test record for a completed innings is but I recall Glenn Turner getting something like 143 out of 169 in a county game in England
Test record, as the above poster can testify as it was made by his great-great-great-grandad or sumate, remains from the 1st Test ever, made by Charles Bannerman with 165*.

EDIT: said Turner game was this one, methinks. frankly. That's 83.43195266272189349112426035503%!

And while looking at Turner, it occurred to me how astoundingly well he did against the Universities! Deduct them and his First-Class average will go down a little. Funny, there also seem to be quite a few games where he scored against joke-bowling too.

WoW, this is amazing. The NZ broadcasters have buggered-up, and I get to see something I've always wanted to see... live cricket from behind the wicketkeeper. Aussome. Possibly the only time in my life I'll ever get this.

Can someone tell me WTF is going on with SKY TV NZ's coverage? They've supposedly switched it over to Sky Sport 2 because rugby will be on later, but they're just running ad after ad on Sky Sport 2 right now.

Maybe they're trying to cover-up the fact they've buggered-up the cameras\production?

Apparently the host broadcasters' power has been cut. I presume this would be SkyNZ.

Well, that's it, BSkyB's power has now been cut too. Will whack the radio on until it returns.

EDIT: oh no, BSkyB are back quickly, SkyNZ evidently still not yet.

Well, there's ITSTL, Collingwood seems to nick one attempting a pull, but currently there's no replays, no Snickos, and no HotSpots.

More than ever, as Ian Botham has just pointed-out, in the case of decisions: once the Umpire has said n\o, all we know is that the players disagree. Can't offer any certain suggestion that he was wrong, but my instinct was there was probably a nick.

Imagine if appeals had been introduced before this game, then NZ had asked to appeal that and couldn't.

Now we have a Twenty20 montage. Just what people who are watching Test cricket want to see. Sky know their market very well.

Still not back for us yet...guess they don't want to interrupt these wonderful Twenty20 highlights.
We're actually not quite yet back over here as I'd thought... there's just some SkyNZ angles back, but not all.

Still, hope you don't have to put-up with that rubbish much longer. :) Not got access to a radio anywhere near, dear namesake?
