I can only think of 4 West Indians who've ever posted with reguarity on CW - yourself and Camps have heaps of posts and are two main members, obviously; garage flower has virtually disappeared these days but still pops-up every now and then; and of course there's Gareth, but he's posted on CC a whole 21 times in 5 years, so not sure he'd be up for voting on this poll.
always thought Don was from the West Indies

He is but how often has he posted on CC of late?

Almost as little as Gareth.

Mind, TBF I mentioned Gareth so I s'pose I should've mentioned him.

Australia, obviously.

Don't really support any other teams as a whole, just certain players in each team.

To date, Ireland, Scotland and Kenya combined (8) still have the same number of votes as West Indies, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and Pakistan\South Africa combined! How extraordinary this voting process is.

Still loads of CW Indians remaining to vote too - c'mon guys!

Maybe an indication of where the game could grow to become a major sport if the right money and effort was spent on it...

Well, let's hope so - certainly in the case of Kenya. Remember also, there remain two Dutchmen who haven't voted yet and hopefully will. And Holland, after Kenya, is the one country I have real hope for in the "to be" stakes. Unlike Bermuda, which is a massive waste of time, effort and money.

Though from the very little I've noted, there seems to have been some vaguely interesting progress from Uganda of late. The constant civil-wars won't help, though, obviously, unfortunately.

Still no Dutchmen... and still about half the Aussies, Kiwis, English and Indian fans on the board haven't voted yet.

Australia. I don't really think of myself as an incredibly passionate supporter in the sense that I never get emotionally involved in the outcome of a cricket match (though I do with other sports). I've never been angry that Australia lost or anything. But whenever I watch cricket, I do hope that Australia win. I'm sure I have a reputation for being a passionate supporter of Australian players on here though, and that's somewhat justified.

I'm generally more of a supporter of individuals than teams in cricket overall, and a lot of the players I like the most are Australian. Particularly Watson, Lee and McGrath in recent times, and Steve Waugh earlier.

Uganda are definitely a team on the up - indeed their rise has prompted my to write a couple of articles in the last year calling for us to pull our socks up so we do not get overtaken. If both teams continue to improve, there could develop a really good rivalry at both FC and ODI level say 5 years from now.

Yeah, Bermuda is a strange case. From what I've heard, cricket is huge there already. However, sad as this may be, it does indeed make the situation a massive waste of time and money, as they simply don't have the population or infrastructure to become a decent team, and efforts to grow the game will be futile. Does anyone know if they've considered becoming part of the West Indies setup? I think it'd be best for all concerned, really.

I agree with that and I've always wondered this myself. This is a good point to raise, and hopefully any West Indian cricket supporters can answer the question.

Never heard talk of it. With the ascendancy of the WI in previous decades and lack of forward planning I don't think it's been given much thought at WICB/WICBC level. Saying that though, with the current structure of the WICB they'd become pretty stagnant IMO. Very good chance. With a new structure and board members they should definitely come under WICB control.

 Everso slightly!

Either way, have always felt myself that the essential appeal of cricket is an individual one, and seems Mr Fuller feels the same way.
