State Vice-Captain
New signing Hayden Whitfield (20:20 specialist) has made a great start for The Heath CC, keeping it tight with the ball

End of Over 5: 73-0, runrate=14.60
Whitfield 1-0-27-0
Metcalf* 43 (20 balls)
Morgan 30 (10 balls)

4.6 6 Whitfield to Morgan
Massive six from Morgan! The ball has left the stadium and landed out on the training nets outside the ground! Whitfield looks on in amazement.
4.5 6 Whitfield to Morgan
Dibble, dobble, wibble and wobble and WHAM! You can't just keep bowling rubbish like that! Six runs, all the way!
4.4 6 Whitfield to Morgan
Whitfield delivers a long hop which bounces twice, although the second time was just over the boundary as the umpire signals six runs! Morgan really took advantage of that one.
4.3 3 Whitfield to Metcalf
Metcalf finds the gap, crashing it through extra cover. Sadiq gives chase and does well, pulling it in just before the boundary rope.
4.2 . Whitfield to Metcalf
Full and straight, strongly driven straight back down the pitch. Whitfield does well to get his hands to it on his follow through and slows its pace up towards mid off.
4.1 6 Whitfield to Metcalf
Lofted long and high by Metcalf. Whitfield will be kicking himself.

Cooper* 48 (29 balls)
Blakeman 28 (19 balls)
Last Wicket: Steyn c. Chambers b. Fear 0 (FOW: 1/1)

Flying away on a flat pitch. I suspect my opponent is playing a B team tho:dry:

And that's the end of the match. Swamibapa Leeds CC won by 1 runs.
Swamibapa Leeds CC 199-3
Team Bamo 198-1

End of Over 20: 198-1, runrate=9.90
Nkosinathi 4-0-35-0
Trench* 58 (46 balls)
58 (38 balls)

19.6 1 Nkosinathi to Trench
On the back foot, stroked into the covers, good running.
19.5 4 Nkosinathi to Trench
That's vintage Trench right there. Pidgley had no chance of stopping that racing away to the boundary.
19.4 1 Nkosinathi to Liddle
Played away onto the leg side.
19.3 4 Nkosinathi to Liddle
Quality timing and placement from Liddle. He lofts it into the gap behind mid on and it bounces twice over the outfield before crossing the rope.
19.2 . Nkosinathi to Liddle
'Wait there!' is the call as Liddle thought about a quick single.
19.1 1 Nkosinathi to Trench
Good running after a push to mid off.

Nkosinanthi redeems himself 8-) bowling a tight last over to see us home by one run

And that's the end of the match. Swamibapa Leeds CC won by 1 runs.
Swamibapa Leeds CC 199-3

Would have been so peed if that happened to me.

Opponent today couldn't play his two NT players, which helps me no end.

End of Over 20: 132-9, runrate=6.60
Lewis 4-0-39-0
Vickers* 62 (46 balls)
Le roux 8 (7 balls)

Maidens took three, Cort took two and bowled a maiden, Meadows two.
