All out for 190 - just missed out on a batting point with Hennessy left stranded on 18*. Still, it's an improvement on last time.

Last Wicket: Armstrong c. Holt b. Daniels 99 (FOW: 154/6)

Standard FC stuff for me, my bowlers should rip their batting apart.

6 wickets in 11 balls, and I might yet wrap this up within a day. No idea what a team this bad is doing playing on an uneven pitch, but hey, no complaints here.

End of Over 13 (Maiden).

Lovin' the random Cup draw at the moment, usually get one home game per season. So far I've had 2 and got another one on Sunday. :)

Helps the old money situation because I thought I'd be dead when my wages came in at 200k.

Scraped past the 240, scored 244. Reduced their (roughly) quality/quality/feeble batting lineup to 45-6 and have Summers revved back up to polish them off early tomorrow.

butterfingersXI: 137/3 (42) Roberton 44

Good effort from the guys today - shame we missed out on the batting point but their bowling is stronger than our batting so we did well to make as many as we did. I'm pleased to have got them three wickets down as well - Roberton is by far their best batsman and he's out of the way, so we could make this competitive tomorrow. Cloudy and windy conditions are forecast so Woods and Turner could enjoy themselves.

Bowled the other team out for 258...a good effort considering they have some decent bats. Will end up short of that total though...I'm 147/6 with all my best bat still in and the tail set to crumble around him.

And so the fightback continues:

The players are off the field for lunch.

End of Over 34 (6 runs). Anchormen: 87-2, runrate=2.56
Trail by 228 runs. (Carlton Hotspurs 315-10)
Chuguel 6-0-27-0
Bhutia* 50 (91 balls)
Mcinally 34 (97 balls)
Last Wicket: Kerr lbw b. Fennell 2 (FOW: 5/2)

After losing Gray and Kerr inside the first 4 overs, I was obviously a little worried. But Mcinally & Bhutia have really dug in and combined for an as yet unbeaten 184-ball, 82-run partnership. I just need them to push on and stay in. First target - 166 to avoid the follow-on. We'll work from there...

Male Models won by an innings and 440 runs.

I don't know why he's throwing FC, he's a Div.III team in Div.V.

Bowled them out for 240 which is surprising because they haev a better batting line up than I do. But following on in their second dig they're getting on at good rate...

End of Over 14 (3 runs). Ruthers CC: 73-1, runrate=5.21 (1st Inn: 264-10)

Any ideas how much this guy'd be worth. Thinking of listing him to raise some cash. Only got $3m in the bank and I don't think I can improve my team with that little cash.

All out 80 short...they're 9/260-ish second innings. There's no way I'll get 360 to win 4th innings, it'd be the highest score of the match...it's all settings defensive and play for the draw I think.

If you could train him for a few weeks, you'd get double the cash you would if you sold him now.

What should I train him up to and what difference would it make to the price. I reckon I need about $2m more cash to afford a good enough player to improve my team.
