One of my trainees ends his training soon, so I'll be buying a new trainee, but I'll have a net leftover(he was a WK), should I put a fielding net on this one to get his consistency up?

RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, competent batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A cautious player with feeble leadership skills and woeful experience.

A late flurry of wickets against Alternative XI doesn't disguise the fact that we let it slip in the middle overs; 149-10 (20o) will be a challenging target if there are any early wickets during the chase.

In other news, I'm reviewing my weekend drinking in light of the fact that I appear to have accepted, played and won a match against The Heath CC without noticing until I went to set my orders against Altoz. Hmm.

Says a lot for my team's performance... If I remember rightly, you'd sent me the challenge and I accepted it, so I don't think you need to worry about automatically accepting each and every friendly request that comes your way while you're otherwise occupied!

Well, my default orders are pretty much my strongest lineup, set in case exactly this happened. :)

Always nice to have someone to fill me in on these little details. If you've got any idea what happened to me after 2am on Saturday night too, that'd be ace. :D

Don't like the new tax on listing a player, that's an insane amount if you list someone for 12m for example! Can't see what it will bring to the game in a real sense.

And the BT20 thing in the middle of the season will mess people up a bit too. Bet people will throw their games like no tomorrow.

Transfer tax is pretty silly. All it will mean for me is that if I'm making a big sale I'll just make sure I have a buyer lined up at the price I want before I list (for zero), thereby saving 500k+ or whatever. I assume others will do the same, which will mean good players will be harder to find on the market, if anything.
