Be surprised if I make half what they got.
What a brilliant not-quite-a-prediction:

And that's the end of the match. Pheonix Warriors won by 83 runs.
Pheonix Warriors 166-6
Beard XI 83-10

End of Over 13: 83-10, runrate=6.38
Chirwa 2-0-22-3
Janes* 50 (27 balls)

Might've done better if Bromby or Platt had hung around, but they just had too many 40k+ BTR bowlers. Not displeased with that result, really.

Just changed my ground name, on 'tinho's recommendations.

Now you can come play the Ponies at Pleasure Town.

Through to the 4th Round of BT20, but starting to get to the stage where I'm having to mind one or two players' PFL, with the start of next season in mind. Might/Should win tomorrow, despite resting Bewers, but after that Greening and Wilde are almost certainly going to need a blow, so can't see me going too much further.

Also, does anyone have any allrounders they'd like to sell. Looking for Qual/Qual, would consider Sup/Qual or vice versa, depending on secondaries. I have around £7/8M to spend…Andy, how's Tedstone looking these days? Would you be interested in parting? And if so, are we talking the right kind'a ballpark?

Exited the BT20 cup today after fielding a 3/4 strength team. I was always in favour of BT20 but any kinda run it it at all and I'd expect major PFL damage.

Ye Olde Crumpets 184/1 (20.0)
Hawes 4-0-39-1

BEST Indies 173/2 (20.0)
Manning 74 off 44

Perhaps if I had set more attacking orders i would be though. Not pushed anyway just gonna be boring for the next few weeks round BT.

Wow, those are some rather nice ratings. Is that a GFI? How many spinners?

Very unlucky there by the way. With 6 needed off 11 and 5 wickets in hand, I would've thought you'd be a certainty...
Yeah it was a GFI, 3 seamers and 2 spinners. I had exceptional spin rating last time I GFI and not sure why it has fallen as one of my spinners has popped since then but meh. My TIE ratings are:

Code:
		Boggles Mayank's X1
Top Order: remarkable proficient
Middle Order: respectable mediocre
Lower Order: worthless worthless
Seam Bowling: exceptional superb
Spin Bowling:	remarkable exceptional
Fielding: feeble feeble
I needed 23 off the last 12 balls with 8 wickets in hand so it wasn't as bad as your scenario. My #2 was stranded at the other end with 60-odd not out, he managed to clobber 13 off the last over but it just wasn't enough. Ah well, another season in the Ranji to look forward to. :)

Wilberforce making 79. A good little score vs a div 3 side after we were 3 for very little early on.

Playing full strength against a demoting Div 3 side. Looks like he might not have gone full strength.
